Coaching requirements:
All coaches (including assistants) must:
- be a registered volunteer,
- have age appropriate AYSO
coach training, and
- be Safe Haven certified.
Players on the field:
U-08 plays 7 v 7 - maximum team size 12
players
U-10 plays 9 v 9 - maximum team size 14
players
U-12 & U-14 plays 11 v 11 - maximum team size
17 players
U-16 & U-19 plays 11 v 11 - maximum team size
22 players

Coaches MUST
wear Spring ID badges (visible) before, during and immediately after the
games.
If not, the game will not be played or if allowed to play, it will be a
forfeit!

Cards: ONLY Spring game cards are acceptable
For questions contact your spring league coordinator.

Referees:
Per the Rules & Regulations, the center referee MUST NOT be the coach,
assistant coach or a relative of any player on the team.
If this happens the game is a forfeit with a loss of sportsmanship
points.

Uniforms MUST
be in compliance with AYSO's National Rules & Regulations.
Failure to wear the proper uniform will result in a forfeit!
Coaches that
persist in violations of the Area 1-D Spring Rules & Regulations
are jeopardizing their privilege to coach in any Area 1-D program.
